Here is a tool which draws the exit velocity triangle over a Pelton Wheel runner, and helps to study the parametric variations on the exit velocity triangle. Further, it also computes parameters such as Peripheral velocity, absolute velocity, flow velocity, relative velocity and whirl component of velocity at exit.
